As the 10th day of any month is reduced to a 1 (1 + 0 = 1), please refer to the first chapter that describes the compatibility with a partner born on the 1st. The only thing to keep in mind is that the Zero in the 10th birthday may emphasise certain positive or negative characteristics of the 1.
